The Diamond Resin REZ Soft Wheels are premium resin-bonded grinding and polishing wheels designed for cabbing, forming, contour grinding, and pre- polishing.
Built for both professional lapidaries and hobbyists, these diamond wheels deliver an ideal blend of aggressive cutting and cushioned flexibility.
They provide exceptional shaping and finishing for stone, glass, synthetic materials, and select metals.
The advanced resin bond produces sharp cutting points for fast material removal, while the medium-density foam backing absorbs pressure, prevents flat spots, and conforms to curved surfaces.
Each diamond grinding wheel features a lightweight plastic core with a 1" arbor hole and includes bushings for 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" compatibility. They fit most cabbing machines.
For best results, use with water. A quick break-in on agate (Mohs 8–9) removes the sharpest resin points and produces a smooth, scratch-free finish.
