The 1/4"-20 Screwback Master Support Lap is an essential tool for lapidary enthusiasts. This Lap is expertly ground to be both flat and parallel, making it an ideal Backing Plate for other laps. The full face master lap is 6mm thick and does not come charged with abrasive, providing users with the flexibility to choose their preferred compound material.

This Master Support Lapis designed with a 1/4"-20 thread right-hand configuration, enabling it to fit seamlessly into a variety of cabbing machines that feature a 1/4" female thread on the right-hand side of the arbor. It can also be used with flat lap machines, such as the CrystalMaster 6 and the CrystalMaster 8, that have a 1/4" female thread on top of the arbor.
